Covenants & Dreams began with one woman’s “yes” — not to fame or perfection, but to purpose.

Jade Juana is an educator and minister in the DMV metropolitan area with a deep passion for developing youth and discipling the next generation. Whether she’s in a classroom, on a mic, or in a prayer circle, she is always looking for ways to pour back into others—especially those often overlooked.
What started as one-on-one conversations, coaching sessions, and handwritten prayers has grown into a movement that equips both youth and adults to walk boldly in identity, healing, and purpose. Through mentorship, faith-based coaching, and community impact, Covenants & Dreams is raising up leaders, rebuilding foundations, and restoring hope.
