I am not teaching theory. I teach what I’ve lived, rebuilt, and stewarded.“
I am a faith-driven mentor, strategist, and teacher committed to guiding believers into identity, discipline, and divine assignment.
I help individuals rebuild what inconsistency, fear, or distraction has weakened. Through clarity, structure, and biblical formation, I guide believers from scattered to spiritually grounded, so they can walk confidently in what God has entrusted to them.
Coaching at Covenants & Dreams follows the Nehemiah Model. We begin with alignment, identifying what is broken, disordered, or unclear.
From there, we rebuild with structure and discipline, and then strengthen what has been restored so it can be sustained. Coaching is not for exploration. It is for execution.

Jade Juana Polly is a faith-driven mentor, teacher, and strategist who equips believers to walk boldly in their God-given identity and assignment.
Raised in the church and refined by experiences that demanded spiritual resilience, Jade learned early that obedience is not an event — it's a lifestyle.
Her life is marked by seasons of pruning, stretching, and transformation that shaped her ministry voice: honest, prophetic, and deeply rooted in Scripture.
With a unique blend of spiritual insight and strategic clarity, Jade helps individuals bridge the gap between revelation and readiness.
She teaches believers how to steward their calling with discipline, how to walk through process without losing faith, and how to partner with God in becoming who He designed them to be.

My Calling & The Covenant Behind It
Jade’s calling is built on this truth: you cannot become what God showed you if you refuse the process He uses to develop you.
Through heartbreak, leadership pressure, loss, spiritual numbness, divine redirection, and seasons where God stripped everything familiar, Jade learned the rhythm of walking with God through uncertainty.
This is the posture she now teaches to others —

Covenants & Dreams exists to help believers rebuild their lives with clarity, discipline, and obedience to God.
Purpose is not accidental. It is assigned. And before anything God entrusts to you can be sustained, it must be built with order.
Through alignment, structured coaching, and intentional mentorship, we guide individuals through seasons of rebuilding, strengthening, and stewardship so what God restores can be guarded and sustained.

If God can use a girl who felt overlooked, overwhelmed, and underprepared, He can use anyone. And my assignment is to make sure you don’t just dream with God, but build with Him.
