MENTORSHIP PATHWAYS
PHASE 3: ESTABLISH & GOVERN

Mentorship is entered by invitation or application after alignment and coaching.
If you’re ready to enter the next season grounded, disciplined, and committed to follow-through, Stay the Course was created with you in mind.

Mentorship is the final phase of the Covenants & Dreams pathway and is reserved for individuals who have completed alignment and demonstrated consistency in rebuilding. This phase focuses on leadership maturity, spiritual governance, and sustaining what has been restored.

Mentorship is not a starting point and is not designed for short-term motivation. It is a long-term investment for those ready to lead themselves with discipline, steward responsibility with wisdom, and guard the work God has entrusted to them.
Through intentional guidance, accountability, and formation, mentorship supports individuals in establishing rhythms, identity, and authority that extend beyond a single season.

OUR MENTORSHIP PATHWAYS
